  • All vehicles listed are fresh imports from Japan, with verified auction sheets.
  • Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may be subject to change based on currency fluctuations, government taxes, and import duties.
  • Vehicle availability may vary, and some models may sell before website updates.

3. Booking & Payment

  • Customers can book a vehicle by making an advance payment.
  • Remaining payment must be cleared before delivery.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, cash, or other approved methods.
  • Shafique Japan Motors is not responsible for delays caused by banking or third-party payment systems.

4. Delivery & Registration

  • Vehicles are delivered once full payment is received.
  • All vehicles come with duty paid and verified documents.
  • Registration with local authorities is the responsibility of the buyer, but our team can assist upon request.

5. Warranty & After-Sales

  • Since vehicles are used imports, they are sold on an “as-is” basis.
  • Auction sheets and inspection reports are provided for transparency.
  • Shafique Japan Motors does not offer manufacturer warranties, but we ensure auction-verified condition.
  • Free maintenance or service offers (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Once a vehicle is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a clear violation of agreed terms.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the booked vehicle becomes unavailable through no fault of the buyer.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Buyers must ensure they provide accurate information for documentation and registration.
  • Customers are responsible for regular maintenance and care of the vehicle after purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Shafique Japan Motors will not be liable for:
    • Any damage or accident after delivery.
    • Delays due to customs, shipping, or government regulations.
    • Price fluctuations caused by currency exchange rates or new tax policies.
